We have laundry machines at work that are powered by this app. It's the worst. I'm constantly fighting with the app to get the machines to work. I've been using it for 7 years now, and I wish we could just go back to coin operated laundry. Half the time it says, lost Bluetooth connection. Or, this machine is having some trouble. No... the machine isn't having trouble. It's this app that is having the trouble. Please fix the issues!!! I don't have an extra 15-20 minutes to fight the app.

This app went from having some glitches (but mostly working) to being completely broken after the recent update. Couldn't get any machines to start last night (Bluetooth error indicated, but my phone's Bluetooth is fine). Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it doesn't even show any machines or my account info. Guess I'll be heading to the bank this morning for quarters. Please fix it. Thanks.

Abysmal performance. Regardless of the mobile device used, it takes anywhere from 10-50 seconds to connect to a machine. Then, the connection drops most of the time, resulting in a loop of connecting -> timeout -> find machines -> connecting... Using coins is an order of magnitude faster and easier.
